We value collaborative care and make it easy for providers to refer and stay connected. With client consent, we can share coordination updates and continuity notes to support shared care—especially for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and SPRAVATO. Clients are welcome to reach out directly.

Referral Form
Clients are welcome to reach out directly or a provider can complete the Provider Referral Form and Fax to (406) 296-4320 or email.
Contact
We contact the client to begin intake steps, review process and answer any questions.
Scheduling
We confirm insurance, review payment options, and start scheduling.
Collaboration
With client consent, we can share coordination updates and continuity notes to support shared care.
Cost
All dosing sessions are out-of-pocket, except Missoula County Employee Benefits. We can bill in-network insurance only. For out-of-network insurance we collect payment day of appointment and can provide a statement or superbill, if desired.
Insurance & Payment
We can bill in-network insurance only. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, Allegiance, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Aetna, Missoula County Employee Benefits, Mountain Health Co-op, and Medicaid. We are not in-network for Medicare. For Clients with out-of-network insurance we collect payment day of appointment and can provide a statement, if desired.
For Spravato in-network services we can currently accept, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, PacificSource, and Aetna
Ketamine dosing sessions are out-of-pocket for all plans, except Missoula County Employee Benefits.
