We can bill in-network insurance only. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, Allegiance, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Aetna, Missoula County Employee Benefits, Mountain Health Co-op, and Medicaid. We are not in-network for Medicare. For Clients with out-of-network insurance we collect payment day of appointment and can provide a statement, if desired. For Spravato in-network services we can currently accept, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, PacificSource, and Aetna. Ketamine dosing sessions are out-of-pocket for all plans, except Missoula County Employee Benefits.
