We come to you—on site or via Zoom—to give your team a clear, practical overview of our services, with a special focus on Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and SPRAVATO®. In 20–45 minutes, we explain indications, safety, patient selection, protocols, integration with ongoing therapy, referral steps, and insurance basics, then leave time for Q&A and easy next-steps.
An in-service with Inner Journey helps your staff feel confident discussing ketamine and SPRAVATO® with patients, reduces confusion about eligibility and billing, and streamlines referrals and co-management.
We also introduce our broader care options—CBT-I for insomnia, anxiety and depression treatment, trauma-informed psychotherapy, and primary-care consulting—so your team knows when and how to connect patients to the right support.

We can bill in-network insurance only. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, Allegiance, PacificSource, First Choice Health Network, Aetna, Missoula County Employee Benefits, Mountain Health Co-op, and Medicaid. We are not in-network for Medicare. For Clients with out-of-network insurance we collect payment day of appointment and can provide a statement, if desired. For Spravato in-network services we can currently accept, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana, PacificSource, and Aetna. Ketamine dosing sessions are out-of-pocket for all plans, except Missoula County Employee Benefits. If a service isn’t covered or you have out-of-pocket costs, you may also be able to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), when eligible.
