Hayden Washatko (she/her) is a Certified Physician Assistant who believes meaningful healthcare begins with connection. She is passionate about getting to know her patients, understanding their unique stories, and helping them feel heard, respected, and empowered in their care. Hayden believes lasting health is nurtured by caring for both the physical and emotional aspects of well-being, and she is excited to begin her career at Inner Journey Healthcare, where whole-person healing is at the heart of patient care.

Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Hayden spent several years caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Those experiences reinforced her belief that healing begins with listening, building trust, and meeting people where they are. She earned her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of Montana before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Dakota.

As a Missoula native, Hayden is honored to care for the community that helped shape her. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with her patients and partnering with them as they pursue healthier, more fulfilling lives. Outside of the clinic, Hayden enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring Montana's trails and rivers, reading, gardening, and always looking ahead to her next adventure or race.
