Depression Therapy
Compassionate, Personalized Care
Depression is real—and you don’t have to face it alone.
We offer evidence-based, compassionate treatment for depression that goes beyond symptom management. Whether you’re experiencing depression, persistent sadness, or treatment-resistant depression, our team works with you to create a care plan that fits your life, goals, and values.
Our Approach to Treating Depression
We believe healing is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer a range of options to meet you where you are:
Psychotherapy
Our licensed therapists provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for healing. We offer:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT-I for sleep disturbances
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Trauma-Informed Therapy
EMDR and other modalities
Whether you're struggling with loss, burnout, relationship challenges, or chronic depression, we tailor therapy to support your specific needs.
Ketamine-Based Treatments
For clients with depression or treatment-resistant depression, we offer:
SPRAVATO® (esketamine): An FDA-approved nasal spray covered by many insurances
Intramuscular (IM) Ketamine: A powerful, customizable option administered in a safe, supportive setting
Both options include preparation and integration support with our trained clinicians. These therapies may help reduce symptoms when other treatments haven’t worked.
Medical Consulting
Our integrative care includes consults with Dr. Joey Banks, MD, who helps clients navigate complex health concerns related to depression—like fatigue, sleep issues, hormones, or medication side effects. Dr. Banks can collaborate with your existing providers or serve as a bridge between mental and physical healthcare.
Why Choose Inner Journey?
