Compassion, Connection and Curiosity
Adri Ramos is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who has worked in Missoula for over a decade. Adri’s work is guided by her intention to build connection and strength in her community. Her experiences working with diverse populations in clinical and community settings influence her open and trauma-informed approach to psychotherapy.
As a trauma-informed therapist, Adri believes that people are innately resilient and adaptive and she strives to cultivate curiosity and non-judgement in her work. Therapy with Adri is intuitive and she loves working collaboratively with individuals to tune into their internal wisdom and strengthen their self-trust. Additionally, she has a strong educational foundation in trauma-focused modalities which enables her to provide practical and evidenced-based tools and education to her clients.
Adri is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She first started working in health care as an abortion doula and sex educator. While she attended the University of Washington in Seattle, she expanded her work to include prenatal and postpartum doula work, domestic violence advocacy, and gender and racial equity.

“My goal is to make therapy accessible and useful for the folks I work with. Healing doesn’t have a roadmap, which means we start where you are now, and no issue is too big or too small. My hope is that if I can show up authentically and openly with my clients, I can empower them to do the same, in and out of session. Ultimately, I want to create a safe and trusting space conducive to growth and healing.”
