Small Group Ketamine Experiences
For grief, burnout, transitions, and teams who want to heal and reconnect safely, together. Some seasons do not need a “push through it” plan. They need support, space, and a nervous system reset.
We offer small-group ketamine experiences for self-formed groups and organizations, designed for meaningful life transitions and shared stressors such as grief, burnout, menopause, empty nest, major change, and team cohesion. Groups may include families, friends, coworkers, or professional organizations. Each experience combines medical oversight, behavioral health support, and guided preparation and integration in a calm, intentional setting.
This is not a quick fix or a health trend. It is structured care, delivered by licensed professionals, with safety and follow-through. Prep and integration sessions are also provided. We keep groups intentionally small to support emotional safety and individualized medical attention.
What Is Included
Every small-group experience follows a structured, safety-first pathway.
Screening and clearance: All participants complete a medical and behavioral health screening to confirm appropriateness and reduce risk.
Preparation: We set intentions, review what to expect, and establish grounding tools and group agreements.
Clinically supervised ketamine session in our office: Ketamine is administered only when medically appropriate and only under licensed clinical care, with monitoring and support throughout.
Integration: We provide guided processing and practical integration support so insights translate into real life, including relationships, work, identity, and well-being.
Our Approach: Evidence-Based, Human, and Grounded
We are a real clinic serving real people, in person, not an online “transformation” funnel. Our work is grounded in medical safety and ethical care, trauma-informed and compassionate support, and practical integration so what happens in session can translate into real life, not just a temporary “peak experience.” We also honor each person’s pace, story, and boundaries, because sustainable change does not come from pressure. It comes from supported, responsible care.
Safety
Ketamine is not right for everyone. Participation requires clearance and may not be appropriate for certain medical or mental health conditions, medications, or substance use patterns. If someone is not a fit, we will communicate that clearly and offer alternative support options.
