Hello, Missoula!

My name is Hayden Washatko, PA-C, and I’m excited to introduce myself as the newest provider at Inner Journey Healthcare. As a Missoula native, I feel incredibly fortunate to begin my career caring for the community that helped shape me.

My approach is grounded in thoughtful listening, clear communication, and collaborative care. Before becoming a PA, I studied neuroscience and spent several years caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities—experiences that continue to shape how I support patients with complex needs, changing health goals, and the connection between physical and emotional Well-being.

At Inner Journey, I’m offering primary care consultations and focused medical visits, with an emphasis on giving patients time to ask questions, explore treatment options, and better understand their health. I’m especially passionate about women’s health, including contraceptive counseling and perimenopause/menopause care, as well as mental health support and some medication management. I'm also proud to support our clinic’s existing intramuscular ketamine and Spravato services helping patients access innovative treatment options as part of their broader healing journey. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to whole-person wellness. I believe nutrition, movement, sleep, and mental and emotional health all play a role in healing, and I strive to care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

Ready to meet me? Call 406-541-2012 or submit an appointment request to schedule a visit. Providers interested in collaborating are welcome to reach out the same way.

Education only, not medical advice. Every care plan is individualized — talk with your care team about what's right for you.
